Viola Froeba began her career in the mortgage industry back in September of 1989 working as a Customer Service Representative at a local Finance Company. She knew right away that she was meant for the business because of the quick pace and energy that flowed in the work environment. Needless to say, she has remained in it ever since. Over the years, she has tried her hand at almost every side of our industry including Wholesale Lending, Retail Lending, Credit Unions, Mortgage Brokering and even a short stay on the title side as a Notary Assistant. Her numerous job titles over the years included Customer Service Representative, Mortgage Loan Processor, Mortgage Loan Closer and Loan Officer. All these different duties proved to be extremely valuable in laying the groundwork for a successful career in the mortgage industry.
Viola started working with Premier Lending as a processor back in 2004 and she immediately hit the ground running. It was clear right away that the qualities she brought were exactly what Premier Lending needed to grow and develop our Processing Department. Later on, she was the driving force behind setting up our Closing Department as well. Because of all of the experience in various departments and jobs over the years, it was a no brainer to put her in as the new Office Administrator in January of 2017. Since that time, she has shown the perseverance and determination it takes to make the office run smoothly. We are so happy to have her here and couldn’t be prouder of her development over the years.
