Crystal Brown got her start in the mortgage industry in 2001. Like most, she just answered an ad to take a job as a Mortgage Loan Processor without much thought. Boy was she lucky! She soon realized she was VERY good at it and quickly worked herself up the ranks. Originally, she worked directly with one company, but over time her reputation as a “go getter” got around the city and soon others were inquiring about her services. She realized that her passion for solving problems and ability to get a loan through smoother than most was something that mortgage companies needed. It was at this point that she knew she needed to be more independent, so she could offer her service to many. Most don’t know, but for a processor to become independent, they are required to became licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator. She passed the test in 2009 with flying colors and quickly established herself as a leader in the independent mortgage processing world. We at Premier Lending discovered her in 2014 and have been a much better company because of our partnership. Her dedication to providing top notch service has helped us grow over the years and honestly, we wouldn’t know where we’d be without her. Crystal prides herself on her ability to identify and overcome obstacles during the mortgage process to ensure a smooth transaction.
