James graduated from The University of Texas in 1991 where he received a degree in Finance and then went on to earn an MBA from Loyola University. He started his professional career in the finance industry where he worked for three years. At that time, he realized his calling for helping people with their mortgage needs and became a Mortgage Originator. After a couple years of working for a local broker he opened his own office in 1998 to serve the New Orleans metropolitan area. Over the years the office grew to serve all of Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Georgia. His capacity has evolved over time from being an Originator to managing a growing business. He loves his job and the people he works with and wouldn't change it for the world!
